This great apartment sits above a 3 car garage. Has works for a long term guest or as a nightly VRBO. Who wouldn’t want to stay in such a cute space? This was part of a custom home I helped select every detail in the space. We mixed metals, you will notice black hardware on the cabinets, a polished nickel faucet and brass/gold pendants. We also went with a bold cabinet color that look clean and modern. The light LVP floors and quarts counters are neutral enough to compliment and not compete. Good design has a star player, in this case the cabinet color & mix of metals, the other design choices such as counters, flooring and wall color compliment but don’t compete.
